If your business is running but not growing
- fix your sales and marketing in 3 sessions
Knowing who your ideal customer is and how to reach them, building a consistent presence online that actually drives traffic and enquiries, and converting that interest into income — these are the things that move a business forward. They’re also the things that tend to slip when you’re busy running everything else.
Thanks to support from Esprit Foundation, this programme is provided free of charge.
Every single session that I went to, I took something away from it, and something really actionable. Everyone’s takeaways from the Hatch programmes are different, but that’s just the beauty of it and that’s what makes it really special.

Your business has an annual turnover of at least £20,000
By the end of this programme, you won’t just have attended three sessions. You’ll have transformed how you think about, talk about, and sell your business.
You'll develop practical, high-impact sales and marketing skills you can apply immediately — so finding the right customers stops feeling like guesswork and starts feeling like a process.
Through sharper positioning and stronger sales approaches, you'll unlock real opportunities for growth — translating what you learn directly into measurable increases in revenue.
The Sales and Marketing Level Up Lab brings together a diverse community of ambitious founders. The peer support and collaboration you build here extends well beyond the programme itself.
You'll leave backing yourself more as a business owner — more decisive, bolder in promoting your work, and clearer on the steps you need to take to grow.

21%
On average, founders rated their understanding of their target audience 21% higher at the end of our programmes than at the start.
I’ve now built up a really good network of founders and that was mostly down to the way the programme was done. There was a good community ethos, which I think is important, we have a WhatsApp group now and share networks with each other. There’s a really impactful ecosystem of different people – that’s all facilitated by Hatch, and is possible because of how well the team engages.
Jordan Sterling,
Founder of Loud Futures and Deep Dive graduateThe Sales and Marketing Level Up Lab is built around three intensive, live online masterclass sessions delivered across three months — one per month on Wednesday evenings from 6–8pm.
You’ll also have access to three optional peer support office hours — live online sessions in smaller groups — as well as our online community platform and self-led pre-recorded content for further learning at your own pace.
Get clear on your value proposition, your customers’ journey, and where you sit in your market. This is the strategic foundation everything else builds on.
Digital marketing, social media strategy, paid ads, content that converts. You’ll learn how to test small, set up campaigns, and track what’s actually working.
Sales strategy and funnel design, lead generation, and the techniques that turn conversations into customers. Walk away knowing how to turn interest into income.
Optional: Peer Support Office Hours
Three additional one-hour online sessions with your cohort and the Hatch programmes team — a chance to apply what you’re learning, share challenges, and go deeper on the things that matter most to your business.

Hatch is a charity that supports underrepresented entrepreneurs from across the UK to imagine, launch, and grow businesses and organisations that are sustainable, successful, and have a positive and lasting impact on their communities.
We’re not typical of the third sector. Although we’re a charity, as entrepreneurs ourselves we know what it takes to grow a business. We recognise that talent is equally distributed across society, but opportunities are not. Too many people from underrepresented backgrounds are unfairly prevented from realising their entrepreneurial potential to positively impact their own lives, the lives of others in their community and wider society. We’re working to change that by creating an inclusive ecosystem where everyone has access to the power of entrepreneurship to create a fairer economy.
Consequently, while much of our work and support is accessible to all, we focus on supporting women, those from an ethnic minority background, disabled and neurodivergent founders and young people – essentially anyone who might typically get overlooked when it comes to getting what they need to launch and grow an organisation in the UK.
10,000+ founders have been supported through our programmes and events

Yes — all three masterclass sessions and the optional office hours take place online.
You’ll need to attend all three masterclass sessions in order to graduate and join the Hatch alumni community. Please make sure you’re available for all three dates before applying. Unlike some of our other programmes, we’re not able to accept a co-founder or colleague attending a session on your behalf — attendance must be by the named applicant.
The optional peer support office hours are just that — optional — but we do encourage you to join if you can, as they’re a great opportunity to develop your learning alongside your peers.
We welcome entrepreneurs from all industries. Whether you run a tech business, a food and drink venture, a retail shop, or a service-based business, our support is tailored to the challenges and opportunities specific to your sector.
Yes you can! In the application process, there’s a section where you can specify which programme it was.
