Glossier Private Viewing Event

It was great to be invited by our partner Glossier to an exclusive private viewing event at its flagship store in Covent Garden this week.

The event was the perfect opportunity to bring together Hatch staff, corporate partners, and beauty-focused businesses for some in-person networking (and of course sampling of the wonderful Glossier products!).

Glossier opened its London store in 2021 and generously chose Hatch as its charity partner. £5 from every umbrella and passport holder sold will go straight to Hatch, helping us in our mission to support underrepresented founders across the UK to thrive, building a better world through entrepreneurship.

The team had a lot of fun styling the gorgeous umbrella that is supporting our work!

At Hatch we love the Glossier philosophy that ‘beauty isn’t built in a boardroom—it happens when you’re a part of the process.’

That’s why we were thrilled to connect Glossier with founders who live and breathe that mantra through their businesses.

Deryl Thatcher, Hatch’s Head of Corporate Partnerships, said, “We’re so proud to be the chosen charity partner for the London flagship store.

“It aligns perfectly with our mission to support women developing their business ideas, especially through creating a network and a strong community.

“Make sure to visit the store in person when you’re next in London to get your hands on the exclusive products supporting Hatch’s work.”

Maame Opoku, Hatch graduate and founder of MamaSia Beauty said “Thank you again Glossier and Hatch Enterprise for opening your doors to us, we look forward to discussing how our relationship can expand with our core values at mind, those simply being to share, inspire, and assist many towards sustainability.”

You can find the Glossier London store here, at 43 King St, WC2E 8JY.

Make sure to tag us in any pictures once you get your hands on the amazing passport holder or umbrella, available exclusively in store!
