Back a disabled-owned business this Christmas and support entrepreneurs who've built brands with Hatch Enterprise by their side. For your friends, family & loved ones, our graduates have you covered with everything from handcrafted bags to unique stocking fillers.
This year, we’ve taken huge strides in our commitment to supporting Disabled and neurodivergent entrepreneurs. We launched the UK’s first early-stage business support programme for Disabled founders last year, with three disability-focused cohorts already graduating.
We remain the only organisation providing this type of inclusive learning for people with disabilities who are looking to start a business. Over 25% of UK small businesses owned by disabled founders, yet more than 60% report that they receive no business support, and we know all too well at Hatch that starting a business is often about creating stability, income and independence that’s built to last.
We have almost 1000 Disabled founders on our programme waiting list. Donating to Hatch Enterprise this Christmas will help us reach more aspiring entrepreneurs, just like those you see below. With your support, we can continue to develop and deliver inclusive interventions that enable founders to launch innovative solutions to some of society’s biggest challenges.

Moray Luke, sustainable fish leather handbags inspired by the sea
Moray, nicknamed “the mermaid,” loves the sea. So much so that it became the inspiration for Moray Luke, a high-fashion, tactile bag brand with nationwide coverage in the press.
Moray Luke bags are responsibly made in the UK, from sustainable fish leather, soft suede linings and bright colours. Each bag is designed to delight the senses. Moray took her brand to Dragon’s Den in 2022, with a successful run on the show after gaining back her confidence with Hatch.
Peb & Reg, cute stationary to celebrate little moments
Launched at StationeryFest in June 2024, Peb & Reg is all about celebrating the little moments with joy. Katherine Cory, founder of Peb & Reg, wanted to bring positivity and motivation to people through her illustrations.
Managing two chronic health conditions, fibromyalgia and ME, alongside juggling freelance work didn’t leave Katie a lot of time to commit to her new business idea and it was an easy thing to keep putting off.
It was joining a Hatch Launchpad programme, and subsequently having to carve out the time to attend regular sessions, that marked a turning point and cemented Katie’s commitment to her business. She says “They taught me that my work does have value, there’s worth in what I do.”

All of our teachers, who are specially trained in adaptive yoga, are passionate to prove that yoga is for every BODY. They understand the importance of releasing our conditioning about bodies, ability, and accessibility.
Miranda received funding from Hatch Enterprise last November, which served as the catalyst for a new app currently in development for the charity.

We've been advocating for an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem in the UK since 2014
Our consistent adaptation of the startup support we offer aims to directly address the needs of groups most excluded from entrepreneurial opportunities. Our total focus on those underrepresented in entrepreneurship enables our programme participants to embark on the Hatch experience with people who share their challenges, struggles and lived experience, whilst leading with their passion to make the world a better, more equitable place.
We’re on the lookout for new strategic partners who are ready to work with us to provide the financial backing to build the inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem we know is possible. One that offers everybody, no matter their background, the opportunities, resources, and funding to build a better world through entrepreneurship.
