Female Founders Accelerator Facilitator

Female Founders Accelerator Facilitator

Hatch Enterprise is looking for a Facilitator for the Female Founders Accelerator programme

About the Female Founders Accelerator

The Female Founders Accelerator is London’s leading female founders accelerator. Our selective 6-month leadership programme combines business training, expert support coaching and mentoring to help founders accelerate their business’s success.

Each cohort is made up of 15 motivated entrepreneurs with over £75k turnover, who would like to grow their business 10x in the next 10 years. The programme runs every other Friday during childcare-friendly hours from April-September 2020 in Central London locations.

The curriculum includes expert-led sessions on core business areas (including operations, sales, finance, marketing, branding, leadership, and HR), followed by cohort-based group working and implementation time.

Each founder will also be able to choose from a ‘menu’ of 1:1 support, including business coaching, mentoring, and technical support, and participate in a Pitch Day at the end of the programme.

About the facilitator’s role

The facilitator will be responsible for holding the learning space for the cohort, managing their relationship with the expert-led content, and supporting them throughout the course.

About you

You have strong general business knowledge, as well as experience working in or supporting a growing start-up. Perhaps you have been a business mentor before, or worked as a COO or CFO at a small business.

Ideally, you have experience facilitating groups of learners around expert content, as well as leading check-ins and structuring group conversations. Knowing the ins and outs of liberating structures would definitely be a plus!

Your passion is to support female founders and you believe in our mission to build a fairer society by supporting diverse founders into business.

Details

You will be working directly with the Female Founders programme manager and the session experts to plan the sessions and lead the cohort. You will need to be available on Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm for the full 12 sessions. We expect the work to take 12 days over six months, at a day rate of £450.

To apply, please send a covering letter and CV to joanna.h@hatchenterprise.org.
