We’re excited to announce a brand new partnership with iT Cosmetics, part of the L’Oréal Group.
iT Cosmetics is a makeup and skincare brand that partners with plastic surgeons and dermatologists to create trusted beauty solutions. The brand’s mission is to change the conversation around beauty and spread the belief that everyone should feel powerful and confident in their real beauty, because feeling beautiful is a right.
They are bringing this confidence mission to the workplace with #ConfidenceAtWork, iT Cosmetics’ global commitment to spark conversation, provide resources for women at work and partner with local charities like Hatch to fuel confidence for women entrepreneurs and small business owners.
This new partnership between iT Cosmetics and Hatch Enterprise launched earlier this month with a networking breakfast at AllBright Mayfair.
This networking breakfast included a panel discussion between Rose Gallagher (beauty expert, journalist and iT Cosmetics UK ambassador), Nadiya Hussain (television chef, documentary maker, author and iT Cosmetics UK ambassador), Sophie Trueman (Country Director of Too Good To Go UK & Ireland, the fastest-growing sustainable food app startup in 2022), and James Edmunds (Co-Founder and Managing Director of TRIP, the UK’s leading CBD-infused drinks and oils brand).
The panel discussed the barriers and accelerators of growth for a business at any stage of its lifecycle, how to build a brand with purpose, and the challenges that women entrepreneurs in particular face on this journey.
Following the panel discussion, Hatch founders had the opportunity to network with a wide range of L’Oréal employees from a variety of functions, gaining valuable individual advice over coffee and breakfast pastries.
The Hatch x iT Cosmetics Partnership
We’re excited to work more with the iT Cosmetics team in 2024 as the partnership continues to bring further support for underrepresented founders across the UK.
Including free events on a wide range of business topics via our Start-up Essentials series, networking opportunities in the new year, and a mentorship scheme pairing new founders with experts across a variety of sectors and specialisms, this partnership will fuel confidence and support founders to thrive.
