We are very pleased to announce that Hatch Enterprise Incubator is now supporting Big Ideas!
Big Ideas, like Hatch, helps to turn business ideas into reality, and on the 19th of November 2014 they will be holding an event at Clapham Library (located on Clapham High Street). The event is aimed at 17-25 year olds who are eager to know how they can get started on their entrepreneurial journey, and is free to attend. All you have to do is visitwww.capita.co.uk/bigidea and fill out the application form.
On the day, the best business ideas will be given the chance to pitch their idea for £500 worth of start-up money, helping them to start developing it. In addition to the money, they will also receive a mentor to help them along with their business. If that isn’t exciting enough, attendees will also have the chance to learn about different aspects of building a business, including advertising, design and social media! The event itself will take place between 10 am and 4 pm. Run by Capita and in collaboration with Lambeth Council and supported by Prince’s Trust and Hatch, the event will be a great way not only to get some initial support to develop your understanding, but also to find out what other support is available. Sometimes when you have an idea it can be incredibly hard to know where to go or who to talk to. However, coming along to an event like this can help to boost your connections and understanding of where you need to be.
